Live Dealer
Live Dealer tables for blackjack, American and European roulette, baccarat and Super 6 are open around the clock.
Ignition Casino
Ignition Casino is where online poker meets the casino floor. Spin slots, sit down at live dealer tables, chase Hot Drop Jackpots or take a seat in Ignition Poker for Texas Hold'em and Omaha.
Casino games and Hot Drop Jackpots
Our lobby runs from hundreds of online slots to dozens of table games, video poker and specialty games like Keno.
Hot Drop Jackpots
Hot Drop Jackpots are special progressives awarded in two different ways. A time-based jackpot has to be won by a set date and time, and an amount-based jackpot has to be won at or before the moment it reaches its maximum prize. The Hourly Hot Drop Jackpot drops every hour, and the Daily Hot Drop Jackpot drops every day.
Welcome offers and weekly rewards
We have two welcome bonuses, one for a first card deposit and one for a first crypto deposit. Our general bonus rules apply to every offer unless that offer's own terms say otherwise.
Card welcome bonus
Make your first deposit by card and we add 100% up to $1,000, for poker or for the casino.
Crypto welcome bonus
Make your first deposit in crypto and we match it 150% up to $1,500 for poker and another 150% up to $1,500 for casino games, up to $3,000 in total. The more you play in the first 30 days after the deposit, the more of the bonus you collect. This offer can be used just once.
Activating and releasing the bonus
When you deposit, pick the bonus to activate it. It is released into your balance as you play and earn Ignition Miles.
Weekly promotions
Beyond the welcome offer, we run weekly promotions.
Tell a Friend
Send your referral link to friends. When a friend opens an account and makes a first deposit, we give you a casino bonus, with an extra reward when that first deposit is made in an accepted cryptocurrency. The Tell a Friend bonus money reaches your account once its playthrough requirements are completed. You can refer as many friends as you like.
How our bonuses work
You need at least $20 to activate a deposit bonus. Rollover on match and reload bonuses is counted on the deposit and bonus amounts, and on a cash bonus it is counted on the bonus amount received. Each bonus sets its wagering as a multiple of the bonus, or of the bonus plus the deposit, together with a time limit for playing it through.
Every bonus has a maximum bet tied to your deposit. In the casino, each wager can be at most 20% of the deposited amount until the bonus is complete, and breaking this max bet rule may lead to account closure and the loss of the bonus and any winnings made while wagering it. Complete the playthrough within 6 months of redeeming the bonus, otherwise the remaining bonus funds and their winnings are forfeited.
Cashing out while a bonus runs
Cash funds and winnings from bets placed with cash funds can be withdrawn even before the bonus conditions are met, while bets placed with bonus funds stay locked until the rollover is done. A withdrawal or cash-out of placed bets made before the bonus wagering is complete may cost you the bonus and any winnings collected with it. You can also forfeit the remaining bonus and cash out, and once you cancel or forfeit the bonus before its wagering and rollover are met, the bonus and everything it generated become void and cannot be reinstated.
Game contribution
| Games | Contribution to rollover |
|---|---|
| Slots and specialty games | 100% |
| Table games | 20% |
| Video poker, blackjack and Reels and Wheels XL | 10% |
| Roulette and baccarat | 5% |
| Double Deck Blackjack | 2% |
| Craps, Hot Drop Jackpots, Classic Single Deck Blackjack, Single Deck Blackjack and Live Dealer games | 0% |
Where bonus funds can be used
Bonus funds cannot be used on Live Dealer, Virtual Sports or Hot Drop Jackpot games. Specific Live Dealer bonuses may still be issued to VIP players under their own terms.
Bonuses cannot be redeemed with Voucher deposits and cannot be used with Player Transfer deposits. Each bonus we issue is limited to one per person, household, address, e-mail address, deposit instrument, bank account, phone number, device and IP address.
No-deposit bonuses
Free chips, free spins and cashback or insurance bonuses that need no deposit are kept apart from deposits. If a deposit is made while one of them is active, its wagering requirements and maximum cash-out still apply.
The maximum cashout amount of a no-deposit bonus under $100 is $125, and for one over $100 it equals 1x the bonus. Between two no-deposit bonuses you need a real-money deposit and further account activity, and redeeming them in a row can lead to later winnings being removed.

Account access and registration
Registration details
To register, you give us your full name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number. We then send an SMS code to your mobile to confirm the number.
Signing in
After registering you are assigned a numerical Account ID, and you may also be able to log in with your e-mail address. Keep your Account ID and password confidential and never share any part of them.
Dormant accounts
An account with no deposit, withdrawal or bet for 18 months is treated as Dormant. It may then be disabled, and its balances may be zeroed out.
Fair play and location
Using a VPN, proxy or similar service to hide or change your real location counts as improper activity, and we can terminate or deny access to the account immediately. In that case all account balances, deposits and any winnings included, are forfeited.
Deposits and payment methods
Fund your account by card, crypto, gift card, voucher or Player Transfer. Methods can vary from one account to another, and your cashier lists the ones open to you.

Cards
Visa, Mastercard and China UnionPay deposits run from a $20 minimum to a $1,500 maximum.
Crypto
| Coin | Minimum deposit | Maximum per deposit |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC | $5,000 |
| Bitcoin Cash | 0.001 BCH | $5,000 |
| Bitcoin SV | 0.2827 BSV | $5,000 |
| Litecoin | 0.01 LTC | $5,000 |
| Ethereum on ERC-20 | 0.002 ETH | $5,000 |
| Tether on ERC-20 | 5 USDT | $5,000 |
| Bitcoin Lightning | 0.0001 BCL | $10,000 |
The maximum applies to each transaction, and the number of crypto deposits is not limited. A crypto deposit below the listed coin value is not honoured.
Gift cards
A gift card has to be valid for international and online purchases, as cards for domestic use only will not work. Gift card deposits carry a 15.9% processing fee on top of our $20 minimum deposit, and the card issuer may add fees of its own, so buy a card of at least $25.
Voucher and Player Transfer
With the voucher method, players send funds to each other. The Player Transfer method lets you send and receive funds between Ignition accounts.
Play through your deposit
Every deposit must be wagered completely before winnings can be withdrawn, otherwise our Withdrawals Team may cancel the withdrawal and return the funds to your balance. Peer-to-peer methods are the exception when you redeposit all or part of a previous withdrawal through Player Transfer, MatchPay or Vouchers.
Withdrawals and verification
How fast your winnings arrive depends on the withdrawal method you choose.
Processing times
For crypto withdrawals, approval usually takes about 24 hours. Once approved, Bitcoin arrives in up to 24 hours, Bitcoin Lightning in up to 15 minutes, and Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin in up to 1 hour. Voucher and Player Transfer withdrawals are processed instantly unless something needs extra review.
Crypto withdrawals
Each crypto withdrawal needs a new wallet address, even after a failed attempt. You can cancel a pending crypto withdrawal right up until the payment has been sent, and when the network is congested, additional fees may be necessary to finalise it.
Verification documents
Before we process your withdrawal, we may ask you to confirm the details on your account. We can request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address such as a utility bill dated within the last 60 days, a Credit Card Verification Form and the front and back of the card you used. Send the documents in JPEG or PDF format to [email protected], and we review them in about 24-48 hours.
Customer support
Chat live with one of our agents or send us an e-mail at [email protected]. We are available 24/7.
Help Center
Our Help Center answers frequently asked questions about payments, bonuses, poker and live games.
At the live tables
During a live game the dealer answers questions about play, and for anything more serious you can ask to speak to the Pitboss.
Complaints
Send a complaint to Customer Service first. If the answer does not settle it, ask in writing for the complaint to go to a Customer Service Supervisor.
Licence and complaints
Arachis Media Ltd is licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Gaming Board, and the operating company is registered with the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. In some jurisdictions the Ignition casino service is operated by Bamboo Media, registered under No. 11548 in Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
We prefer to settle complaints through our own complaints process. A matter that stays unresolved can go to our independent dispute resolution provider EGIS-ADR, and if you believe we have broken the rules set by the Anjouan Gaming Board, you can complain to the board directly.
Responsible gaming
Gambling should stay entertainment. Keep track of the money and time you spend, stick to a budget, never chase losses, only play with money you can afford to lose, and stay away from the tables when you feel low or have been drinking.
Deposit limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. If you later raise or remove a limit, the change takes effect at least 24 hours after your request.
Closing your account
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you can set your play limits to zero or close your account. Tell Customer Service that the closure is because of a gambling problem, so we can tell it apart from a short break. We follow such directions immediately, and we consider that closure permanent.
Cooling off
For a shorter break, contact Customer Service and choose the time period you want to cool off. Your account stays locked for that whole period and reopens only after it ends and we receive your written request. We may also apply a cooling-off period ourselves when we believe it is necessary.
Parental controls and support
If children under 18 years of age can use your computer, consider parental control software that blocks gambling sites. Our responsible gaming resources include Gamblers Anonymous.
